摘要
为了提高RAM吊具的安全性和可靠性,降低设备故障率,对旋锁及顶销机构信号采集方式进行改进;对旋锁帽进行改制;将原先的摇臂式限位改成感应式限位;完善和优化控制线路及PLC程序。改造后,吊具旋锁机构的机电保护更趋完善。
The signal gathering method of twist mechanism and land pin mechanism is modified with twist cap improving to enhance the safety and reliability of the RAM spreader and reduce the fault ratio. The limit switch from rocker arm to sensor is changed, and the control line and PLC program is optimized. After that it is found that more protection advantages on electric protection are shown.
