山茱萸多糖对AD模型大鼠抗氧化能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨山茱萸多糖对β-淀粉样蛋白1-40(Aβ1-40)诱导的阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)模型大鼠学习记忆、脑组织氧化应激反应的影响。方法:健康SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组、模型组、山茱萸多糖低、高剂量组,每组12只。海马CA区注射Aβ1-40构建AD模型大鼠,同时每天给予低剂量(0.14g/kg)或高剂量(0.28g/kg)的山茱萸多糖灌胃4周。假手术组和模型组给予等量生理盐水灌胃。以Y迷宫检测大鼠的学习记忆能力,测定脑组织中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组学习过程中的错误反应次数、训练时间明显增多,记忆正确次数减少(P<0.01);山茱萸多糖低、高剂量组较模型组错误反应次数、训练时间减少,记忆正确次数明显增多(P<0.01)。与假手术组相比,模型组脑组织GSH-Px、CAT活性明显下降,MAO活性明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组相比,山茱萸多糖低、高剂量组大鼠脑组织GSH-Px、CAT活性明显升高,MAO活性明显下降(P<0.01)。结论:山茱萸多糖能够改善AD大鼠学习记忆能力,其机制可能与对抗机体氧化应激,增强机体的抗氧化能力有关。
