药物洗脱支架介入治疗对冠心病患者证型的影响研究

The Influence of Drug Eluting Stent Intervention on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

目的 :探讨药物洗脱支架介入治疗对冠心病患者证型的影响。方法 :随机选取我院收治的88例冠心病患者,给予患者药物洗脱支架介入治疗,然后对其介入术前、术后1 d、1周、1个月的证型分布情况进行统计分析。结果:88例患者术后1个月的标实证中血瘀证比例与术前、术后1 d、1周之间的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但术后1 d、1周之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术前、术后1 d、1周、1个月的气滞证比例之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但痰浊证比例之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。术前、术后1 d、1周、1个月的本虚证中气虚证、阳虚证、阴虚证比例之间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:药物洗脱支架介入治疗能够显著改善气滞证和血瘀证冠心病患者症状。

Objective：To investigate the influences of drug eluting stent intervention on Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods：There were 88 cases of patients with coronary heart disease hospitalized in our hospital. These patients were given drug-eluting stents intervention,then the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome before the intervention,and 1 day,1 week and 1 month after the intervention were recorded and statistically analyzed. Results：After 1 month,in the 88 cases of excessive syndrome,the ratio of patients with blood stasis syndrome was different from that before the intervention,1day and 1 week after the intervention,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）,but there was no difference between 1 day after the intervention and 1 week after the intervention（P〉0.05）,there were differences on the ratio of patients with Qi stagnation syndrome among before intervention,1 day,1 week and 1 month after the intervention（P〈0.05）,but there were no differences on the ratio of patients with phlegm turbidity syndrome among before the intervention,1 day,1 week and 1 month after the intervention（P〉0.05）. There were no differences on the ratio of patients with Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and Yin deficiency among before the intervention,1 day,1 week and 1 month after the intervention（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：The drug-eluting stent intervention can significantly relieve the symptoms in the patients with coronary heart disease of Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
