活血利水通络法治疗面神经炎30例临床研究

Clinical Study of 30 Cases of Facial Neuritis Treated with Invigorating Blood,Draining Water and Unblocking Collaterals Method

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗面神经炎的临床疗效。方法 :将60例面神经炎患者随机分为两组,对照组30例采用单纯西医基本治疗,治疗组30例以西医基本治疗结合口噼复正汤治疗。治疗3周后,观察两组疗效。结果:两组均能改善面神经炎患者症状;治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗面神经炎,较单纯西医治疗效果明显,且未见明显不良反应。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） with western medicine on the facial neuritis. Methods： There were 60 cases of facial neuritis randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group. In the treatment group（30 cases）,patients were treated with routine western medicine therapy combined with TCM Koupi Fuzheng decoction,while in the control group（30 cases） patients were treated with routine western medicine therapy only. After 3 weeks of treatment,the curative effect of two groups was observed. Results： In the two groups,symptoms were relieved. In the treatment group,symptoms were relived more significantly than those in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：TCM combined with western medicine showed more obvious effect than western medicine therapy only,without obvious adverse reaction.
