常规针刀联合骨减压针对骨关节炎患者血液流变学及症状改善的影响

Clinical Study on Effect of Conventional Needle Knife Combined with Bone Decompression on Hemorheological Changes and Relieving Symptom in Patients with Osteoarthritis

目的 :探讨常规针刀联合骨减压针对骨关节炎患者血液流变学与症状改善的影响。方法 :将120例骨关节炎患者随机分为两组:常规针刀治疗组(A组)和常规针刀联合骨减压针治疗组(B组)。A组患者采用常规针刀治疗,B组患者在常规针刀治疗的基础上联合骨减压针治疗。治疗前后对两组患者的临床症状改善情况及血液流变学进行评价。结果:两种治疗方法对骨关节炎总有效率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),A组患者的临床治愈率较B组明显偏低(P<0.05)。治疗后可见B组患者休息痛、活动痛、关节压痛、关节肿胀以及关节活动度等指标的评分均较A组低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的各血液流变学指数较治疗前均明显改善,B组患者的全血黏度、血浆黏度和红细胞聚集指数较A组明显偏低(P<0.05),细胞变形指数较A组明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论 :常规针刀联合骨减压针治疗可有效改善骨关节炎患者的临床症状和血液流变学性质。

Objective：To investigate the effect of conventional needle knife combined with bone decompression on clinical symptom and hemorheology in patients with osteoarthritis. Methods：There were 120 patients with ostarthritis randomly divided into conventional acupuncture therapy group（group A） and conventional knife combined with bone decompression（group B）. Clinical symptom and haemorheological changes before and after treatment were observed. Results：There was no statistical difference between two groups on the effective rate（P〈0.05）, but the curative ratio of the group A was significantly lower than that in the group B（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the scores of rest pain, activity pain,joint tenderness, joint swelling and joint ac tivity and other indexes in group B were significantly lower than those in group A（P〈0.05）. After treatment,each hemorheological index was improved significantly compared with before treatment,whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation in group B were significantly lower than those in group A（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion ： Conventional knife combined with bone decompression can improve the clinical symptoms and blood rheology properties.
