Clinical Experience by the Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician HE Puren on Treating Pediatric Diseases

介绍国医大师贺普仁教授治疗小儿多动症、弱智、遗尿等疾病的验案。小儿多动症是阴阳失调现象,阳盛阴衰,治疗时要重视调理气血阴阳,安神宁志;小儿弱智属先天不足,后天失养,故治疗要补益先天后天为主,辅以益智开窍醒神;小儿遗尿多属肾气虚弱,故治以温补肾元为主。根据不同病证,辨证论治,灵活选用贺氏针灸三通法,即微通法、温通法、强通法,取得了较好疗效。

The proven cases by famous traditional Chinese medicine physician HE Puren on treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder（ADHD）,mental retardation,enuresis and other pediatric disease. ADHD is the imbalance of Yin and Yang. Yang excessiveness and Yin deficiency,and its treatment should pay attention to regulating Qi Blood and Yin Yang, calming the nerves. Children with mental retardation are congenitally deficient and of malnutrition after birth,so treatment of congenital acquired tonic,combined with puzzling for resuscitation. Children with enuresis are kidney weakness,so they are mainly treated by warming kidney.Based on clinical manifestation and syndrome differentiation,HE Puren uses three unblocking acupuncture manipulations,that is,mild unblocking,warm unblocking and enforced unblocking,with satisfactory effect.
