项颗辨治失眠思路

Thought of Syndrome Differeritiation and Treatment on Insomnia of XIANG Ke

项颗认为失眠的根本病机为心肾不交,并将失眠分为四个证型:心肾不交证、心脾两虚证、肝气郁结证、痰热扰心证。并详述每个证型的谴方用药,治以调补心肾方、调补汤、疏肝安神汤、温胆汤加减。并介绍了半夏-夏枯草、远志-酸枣仁、龙骨-酸枣仁、山茱萸-枸杞子等药对施治特色。

XIANG Ke put forwards that the fundamental disease mechanism of insomnia is heart-kidney non-interaction,and divides it into four types：heart-kidney non-interaction,deficiency of heart and spleen,stagnation of liver Qi,phlegm heat disturbing heart,with corresponding formulas such as Tiaoxin Bushen formula,Tiaobu decoction,Shugan Anshen decoction,Wendan decoction,respectively. And the herbal pairs for insomnia such as Banxia-Xiakucao,Yuanzhi-Suanzaoren,Longgu-Suanzaoren,Shanzhuyu-Gouqizi were introduced in this paper.
