摘要
目的探讨对混合牙列期儿童口腔健康的跟踪式干预的影响效果。方法选择187例广州市花都区新华镇某小学学生,由我院口腔科组建的口腔卫生干预小团队对其进行口腔卫生干预,调查其干预前后口腔疾病、家长和儿童口腔健康知识掌握情况及遵医行为情况。结果干预后的龋病、单侧咀嚼、乳牙滞留、口腔探诊出血及开牙合显著低于干预前(P<0.05),干预前后家长及小学生口腔健康知识掌握情况及遵医行为显著高于干预前(P<0.05)。结论跟踪式口腔干预能有效降低混合牙列期小学生的口腔疾病,提高家长及小学生口腔健康知识掌握率及遵医行为,有效改善小学生及其父母的口腔卫生习惯,并提高口腔保健水平。
Objective To explore the effect of tracking model intervention on oral health of children in mixed dentition period. Methods 187 primary school students from Xinhua town in Huadu district were chosen, and they received dental oral health intervention from a small team organized by department of stomatology in our hospital. Investigating the occurrence of oral disease, parents and childrenh grasping of oral health knowledge and their behavior according to the medical, both before and after the intervention. Results After the intervention, the occurrence of the cavities, unilateral mastication, baby teeth stuck, mouth ground bleeding and open tooth significantly lower than those before intervention ( P 〈 0. 05 ). And because of the intervention, the mastering of oral health knowledge and medical obedience behavior significantly improved ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusions Tracking oral intervention can effectively reduce the occurrence of oral disease for pupils in mixed dentition stage, and increase the rate of knowledge grasping and medical obedience behavior of parents and students, improve oral health habits of primary school students and their parents and the level of oral health care.
