赖氨葡锌颗粒含量测定方法的修订

Revision for the Determination Method of Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules

目的：修订赖氨葡锌颗粒现行标准中葡萄糖酸锌的含量测定方法。方法：络合滴定过程中加入氟化铵试剂。结果：葡萄糖酸锌在139．67—259．38mg范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9995），平均回收率为100．2％，其RSD为0．24％。结论：修订后的方法消除了辅料蔗糖对含量测定结果的影响，该方法准确度高，可真实反映药品的含量。

Objective：To revise the assay method of current standard of Lysine Hydrochloride and Zinc Gluconate Granules. Method：Ammonium fluoride reagent was added in the process of complexation titration. Result：Zinc glueonatewas linear in the range of 139.67 -259.38 mg （r = 0. 999 5 ） , the average recovery was 100.24% with RSD of 0.29 %. Conclusion： The modified method can eliminate the influence of sucrose on eontentdetermination, which is accurate and can truly reflect the actual content of drug.
