妊娠高血压综合征患者心律失常的发生率及分布特征

Incidence and distribution of arrhythmia in patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

目的描述妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者心律失常发生率及分布特征。方法选取我院患有妊娠高血压综合征的孕妇280例,观察其生产前后的心电图变化及不同程度妊娠高血压综合征的心电图情况,另抽取280例正常孕妇作为正常孕妇组。结果妊高征组产前心律失常发生率显著高于产后心律失常发生率(58.2%vs.20.0%,P<0.05)。妊高征组产前心律失常率与正常孕妇组产前心律失常率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同程度妊娠高血压综合征组心律失常率比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊高征患者产前的心律失常率比产后的心律失常率高,也显著高于正常孕妇组。随着妊高征程度的加重,心律失常发生率依次增高。

AIM To describe the incidence and distribution of arrhythmia in patients with pregnancy- induced hypertension （PIH） syndrome. METHODS Electrocardiogram （ECG） was examined in women with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome （ observation group n = 280） and normal pregnant women （control group n = 280）. ECG changes in both observation group and control group before and after childbirth and arrhythmias in different stages of PIH were observed. RESULTS In observation group, the prenatal rate of arrhythmias was higher than the postnatal rate, with a statistically significant difference （58.2% vs. 20. 0%, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Prenatal rate of arrhythmias in the observation group was statistically different compared with that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. The rate of arrhythmias was also significantly different in different stages of PIH （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. CONCLUSION The prenatal rate of arrhythmias is higher than the postnatal rate in women with PIH syndrome. The rate of arrhythmias in women with PIH syndrome is higher than the rate in normal pregnant women. The rate of arrhythmias increases with the development of hypertension.
