摘要 1．1对象患者男性，67岁，主因间歇性胸痛、气短、胸闷3个月入第四军医大学西京医院心脏外科，人院查体：体形明显消瘦，脉短绌，血压130／82mmHg（1mmHg：0．133kPa）。
