摘要
利用磁力传递力矩原理,研究一种新型的自动丝网印花机构,该机构采用磁力耦合间歇驱动台板、椭圆轨道和往复直线运动,从而实现自动印花功能。该功能由磁力吸附机构和直线往复移动机构组成,根据磁荷理论,研究建立磁场传递直线往复运动作用力数学模型。研究结果表明,这种新型的磁力耦合的丝网印花伺服间隙运动能够满足丝网印花工艺要求。
This paped studied the new straight to-and-for machine of automatic silk screen printer on elliptical orbit drove on servo interval by magnetic force coupling based on the principle of moment transferred by magnetic force. All printer function had been realized. This machine was composed by the magnetic force adsorption mechanism and straight to-and-for mechanism. The mathematical model was established according to magnetic charge theory. The findings indicate that this kind of new silk screen printer based on magnetic force coupling can satisfy the request of printer.
