摘要
采用超声法,以钠基蒙脱土为原料,用十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)对其进行有机化改性,制备出了有机蒙脱土(OMMT)。采用熔融插层法制备了OMMT/DOP(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯)改性沥青。利用XRD和SEM对改性沥青的微观结构进行表征,探讨了OMMT,DOP对沥青物理性能的影响。研究结果表明,经有机化改性后,蒙脱土的层间距得到了有效扩大,能够均匀分散在改性沥青中,形成了一种剥离型结构;OMMT的加入使得改性沥青针入度和延度减小,软化点升高,沥青的高温性能和抗老化性能得到了改善,不利于沥青的低温性能;而DOP能够显著改善蒙脱土改性沥青的低温性能。
The cation surfactant cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB) was used to organically modify Na-montmorillonite (Na-MMT) by ultrasound method. Organic montrnonrillonite (OMMT)/ Octyl phthalate(DOP) modified asphalt was prepared by melt intercalation. Their microstructure were characterized by XRD and SEM. The effects of OMMT and DOP on the physical properties of modified asphalt were studied. The results showed that after the organic modification, the interlayer spacing of montmorillonite has been effectively expanded. It can uniformly disperse in the modified asphalt and form an exfoliated structure. The penetration and ductility can be reduced and the softening point of the modified asphalt can be increased by adding OMMT. The high temperature performance and anti aging property of asphalt has been improved with OMMT, however, it is not conducive to the low temperature performance of asphalt. The low temperature properties of montmorillonite modified asphalt can be significantly improved with DOP.
