摘要 在卓越医生教育拔尖创新医学人才培养计划实施背景下,国内八年制院校陆续开展了八年制培养模式改革。本文以八年制临床教学改革为重点,从改革背景与目标、改革方案制定和改革主要举措等方面,探讨了八年制临床理论-见习-实习整合教学模式的创建与实践,并总结了该教学模式的主要特色和亮点。 In recent years, with the execution of training plan of Innovative and excellent medical doctors, China has gradually implemented reform of Eight-Year Joint Studies of Bachelor and Doctor on curriculum and training patterns in medical schools. This paper focuses on the reform of clinical education for students of Eight-Year Joint Studies of Bachelor and Doctor and discusses a brand new education mode-a creation and practice of the combination of clinical theory, clinical practical learning and internship-in terms of the reform' s background and purpose, reform strategies' making and main measures of the reform. The study also concludes the major characteristics and appealing points of the reform.
