Study on the Cultivation Mode of the Humanistic Quality of the Professional Degree Graduate Students of Clinical Medicine

临床医学硕士专业学位研究生以培养高层次的临床医生为目标,其综合素质的高低关乎人民群众的健康与生命安全。在现代"生理-心理-社会-环境"医学模式指导下,加强人文教育在"临-住"研究生培养中的渗透,对于培养合格的医师有着举足轻重的作用,这也是医学教育发展的趋势和要求。本文以美国(ACGME)提出的六大核心能力为导向,提出构建"社会、医学院-医院、住院医师"三位一体的人文素养培养模式。

Professional degree graduate students of clinical medicine are to cultivate high-level clinicians as the goal. The level of the comprehensive quality related to people＇s health and life safety. Under the guidance of modern medical model ＂physiology, psychology, society, environment ＂, strengthening the humanities education in professional degree graduate students has a pivotal role to cultivate qualified physicians. And this is also medical education development trend and requirements. This paper, under the six core competencies put forward by United States （ACGME）, proposed a ＂society, Medical College and hospital, resident＂ trinity of human literacy training mode.
