摘要
手机逐渐蔓延至大学课堂,成为校园中不可忽视的现象,是大学课堂偏差行为的最为典型的表现。本文介绍了手机软瘾的特点、成因,重点分析手机软瘾干预的认知取向、行为取向、社会影响取向以及医学取向,阐述了干预取向的未来发展方向。文章认为,手机软瘾的干预应整合家庭、社会、校园等力量,运用积极心理学的思想理念以推动课堂手机软瘾干预的理论与实践的进一步发展。
As Mobile phone gradually spread to university classroom, it is a phenomenon that cannot be ignored in study and were the most early model expression in class deviation behavior. This paper introduced the characteristics and causes of mobile phone soft addiction, focusing on the cognitive orientation, behavior orientation, social impact orientation and medical orientation of mobile soft addiction intervention. Then expound the future development direction of the intervention orientation. This pa per stated that Mobile phone soft addiction intervention should first integrate the family, society, school and other forces, with the idea of positive psychology in order to promote the further development of the theory and practice of classroom mobile phone soft addiction intervention.
