摘要
目的探索地方本科院校“校企(院)合作教育模式”下《护理管理学》教学改革的效果。方法采用便利抽样方法,于2014年9月-2014年12月,方便性抽样选择某医科大学护理学院301名护生,按班级分为对照组(152名)和实验组(149名)。实验组采用地方本科院校“校企(院)合作教育模式”进行《护理管理学》教学;对照组按传统方法进行教学。比较两组护生评判性思维态度倾向性得分、课程考查成绩以及护生对《护理管理学》教学质量的评价。结果实验组护生评判性思维态度倾向性得分、课程考查成绩、教学评价均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论地方本科院校“校企(院)合作教育模式”有利于提高《护理管理学》的教学效果,是护理教育改革的有效形式。
Objective To evaluate the effects of teaching reform on nursing management teaching with the model of cooperation between hospitals and university. Methods 301 nursing students were selected using convenience sampling and divided into control group (152) and experimental group (149) based on their grades and classes from September 2014 to December 2014. The teaching reform on nursing management teaching with the model of cooperation between hospitals and university was implemented in the experimental group. Comparisons were conducted on the results of Chinese version of criti- cal thinking disposition inventory, curriculum test scores and their evaluation of the quality of teaching between the two groups. Results There were significant differences on the results of critical thinking attitude tendentious survey table, curriculum test scores and teaching evaluation between the two groups (P〈0. 05 ). Conclusion Cooperation teaching between hospitals and university can promote the quality of nursing management teaching. It is an effective form of nursing teaching.
