摘要
目的探讨应对方式在军医大学研究生压力和心理健康关系中的中介效应。方法选择驻沪某军医院校发放自编《军校研究生压力量表》、《症状自评量表》和《简易应对方式量表》,有效回收221份,运用方差分析、相关分析、分层回归和结构方程分析变量间关系。结果1军医大学研究生心理健康水平在性别、是否独生子女、户籍、学员类别和年级等人口学维度上差异均不显著(p>0.05)。2研究生压力源感受性不同(F(4,217)=77.397,P<0.001),从大到小依次是学业压力、求职压力、经济压力、婚恋压力和家庭压力。3SCL-90总分与军校研究生压力感受总分和各维度正相关显著,与积极应对方式呈负相关关系,与消极应对方式呈正相关关系(P<0.05),且压力和应对方式可以预测心理健康水平,可以解释SCL-90总分方差变异的21.6%。4中介效应模型显示,压力感受可以通过消极应对方式间接影响心理健康水平(!2/df=274.613/88=3.121,P<0.001,RMSEA=0.078,CFI=0.930,GFI=0.912,AGFI=0.908,NFI=0.901,RFI=0.882,IFI=0.931,TLI=0.917)。结论军医院校研究生压力感受从大到小依次是学业压力、求职压力、经济压力、婚恋压力和家庭压力。压力源不仅直接作用于学员心理健康,还通过消极应对方式间接影响其心理健康水平。
Objective To determine the mediating effect of coping style on the relationship between pres sure and mental health for postgraduates of military medical universities. Methods This article selected a Military Medical College in Shanghai to issue Military Academy Graduate Student Stress Scale, Symptom Checklist-90, and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire with effective recovery of 221 parts by using analysis of variance, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression and structural equation to a nalysis relationships among variables. Results ①There was little significant difference on gender, on ly child or not, household registration, student type, grade and other demographic dimensions of mental health for postgraduates of military medical universities(P〉0.05). ②The postgraduates have different sensitivity of pressure source(F(4, 217 ) = 77. 397, P〈0.001 ), and the descending order is academic stress, job stress, economic stress, marriage stress and family stress. ③The total score of SCL-90 has significant positive correlation with the feeling of the pressure and each dimension, it is negatively correlated with positive coping styles and positively correlated with negative coping styles (P〈0. 05). Besides, the pressure and coping style can predict the level of mental health that can explain 21.6% variance variation of total score of SCL-90. ④The mediating effect model shows that the feeling of the pressure can indirectly affect the level of mental health by negative coping styles(χ^2/df =274. 613/88=3. 121, P〈0. 001, RMSEA=0. 078, CFI=0. 930, GFI=0. 912, AGFI=0. 908, NFI =0. 901, RFI=0. 882, IFI=0. 931, TLI=0. 917). Conclusion The feeling of pressure for postgraduates of military medical universities in descending order is academic pressure, employment pressure, economic pressure, marriage and family pressure. The pressure source not only directly affects the mental health of the postgraduates, but also indirectly affects the level of mental health by negative coping styles.
