山东省医药院校新生满意度环境影响因素测评研究

Evaluation Research on Environment Factors Associated with the Extent of Medical Colleges Freshmen's Satisfaction in Shandong Province

学生满意程度是衡量人才培养质量的重要参考,为高校提升人才培养质量提供了具有实际价值的信息资源和方向性指导。本文设计了包含52种环境因素的高校新生满意度影响因素调查问卷,通过探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析,构建了四层次环境影响因素测评体系。从医药院校管理者角度提出了提升新生满意度的对策与建议,以期提高核心竞争力,促进学生和学校共同发展。

The extent of student satisfaction is an important reference for measuring the quality of personnel training, which provides information resource with practical value and directional guidance for improving the quality of talent training at university. The questionnaire is designed, which has 52 kinds of environment factors associated with the extent of college freshmen＇s satisfaction, and fourlevel evaluation system of associated environmental factors is constructed through Exploratory Factor Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Finally, practical suggestions are proposed from the perspective of administrators targeting improving the satisfaction of college freshmen, to enhance core competitiveness, and promote the common development of the school and the students.
