摘要
腔镜利用微创特性能够完成复杂的外科手术,在现代外科领域正发挥着巨大的作用。腔镜模拟器训练在提高相关技能掌握方面的作用逐渐得到国内外学者的肯定。现今,由于医学生学习任务繁重,安排太多课时进行腔镜技能的培训显得不太实际,加之医院内固定腔镜训练中心难以满足较多人数的训练需求,无法提供给学生经常重复的训练。作者分析了腔镜的基本原理后,提出了使用达芬奇手术模拟训练器可达到较为理想的训练效果,并设计了在临床实习学生及规培生中的对照试验,考核了学生夹豆和缝合打结两种腔镜基本技能,证实达芬奇手术模拟训练相对于固定训练器能够更有效提高学生腔镜技能掌握,值得应用推广。
The use of minimally invasive endoscopic characteristics can complete complex surgery, which plays a great role in the field of modern surgery. Laparoscopic simulator training in improving the master role gradually obtained the domestic and foreign scholars related skills. Nowadays, It is not very practical for medical students to arrange too many hours for laparoscopic skills training, in addition to the hospital fixed Laparoscopic training center cannot meet the training needs of more people and is unable to provide students with repetitive training. We analyze the basic principle of endoscopy and foresee the Da Vinci surgical simulation can reach ideal effect of training. The control study was applied in students of clinical practice, and progressive trainings were completed by picking-up beans and structure knot. The results shown the Da Vinci surgical simulation was more successful than fixed laparoscopic simulator and was deserved popularization.
