摘要
本文介绍了乌克兰停电事件的基本情况,从工控系统本身安全、所处的安全环境以及用户安全意识等方面分析了该事件的发生,并结合国外的应对方式(政策、标准等方面)论述了对我国工控安全工作的启示。
This paper gives a brief introduction of the Ukraine power grid blackout and analyzes the causes in terms of the security factors of industry control system （ICS）, environment and user awareness. Combining with the foreign solutions （include policy, standards, etc.）, it gives a detailed analysis of the revelation to ICS security work in our country.
