因低血糖痫样发作确诊倾倒综合征1例及文献复习

One case of diagnosed as dumping syndrome attacked with epilepsy caused by hypogycemia and the literature review

倾倒综合征,即胃空肠吻合术后出现的食后综合征,早期进食后出现胃肠道及全身症状,晚期可出现反应性低血糖症状。本病发病率为15%~30%,临床漏诊误诊率大。目前国内关于倾倒综合征的报导及研究尚少,本文首次报导以低血糖痫样发作而确诊倾倒综合征1例,提示倾倒综合征临床征状存在多样性,并对倾倒综合征的治疗方法进行了归纳和总结,对今后的治疗提出了方向。

Dumping syndrome is a series of symptoms after eating after having gastric jejunum anastomosis.In early phase after eating,gastrointestinal and systemic symptoms will occur,and when it turns to terminal phase,patients will have reactive hypoglycemia symptoms.It has incidence of 15 to 30percent and it always has a rate of misdiagnosis.So far,few domestic record report and research of dumping syndrome has been done.This article firstly reports a record diagnosed as dumping syndrome attacked with epilepsy caused by hypogycemia.Meanwhile,this paper has a system review of all the treatments of dumping syndrome.
