ICU病区护理风险管理效果分析

Effect analysis of ICU ward nursing risk management

目的探讨护理风险管理在ICU病区的护理价值,为ICU病区的护理提供参考。方法选取我院ICU病区2014年3月至2016年3月收治住院治疗的危重症患者110例,随机分为观察组和对照组各55例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组在对照组的基础上给予护理风险管理。比较护理人员的护理知识水平、实际操作技能水平、护理文书质量、服务态度、沟通能力及患者对护理人员的满意度。结果实施护理风险管理护理后,观察组护理人员知识水平、实际操作技能水平、护理文书质量、服务态度及沟通能力均优于对照组,患者护理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在ICU病区实施护理风险管理可改善护理人员的技能水平及患者对护理的满意度,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the value of risk management in nursing care in the area of ICU,and provide reference for nursing in ICU ward.Methods A total of 110 cases ICU patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 55 cases in each group.Control group was given routine nursing intervention,while observation group was given nursing risk management on the basis of the control group.The nursing knowledge level,the practical operation skill level,the quality of nursing documents,the service attitude,the communication ability and the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing staff were compared.Results After the implementation of nursing of nursing risk management,the nursing staff knowledge level,the actual operation skill level,nursing document quality,service attitude and communication skills in observation group were all better than those of the control group,the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing staff in observation group was better than that of the control group,the differences between the two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The implementation of risk management of nursing care in the ICU area can improve the skill level of nursing staff and the satisfaction degree of patients to nursing,and it is worth to be popularized and used in clinical practice.
