摘要
论证高职思想政治理论课教学与大学生职业核心能力培养之间的耦合关系,提出高职"思政课"教学培养大学生职业核心能力的创新路径,包括设置体现职业核心能力精髓的教学目标;整合教学内容,推行适于职业核心能力训练的教学方式;以及健全激励职业核心能力养成的评价体系。并以"思修与法基"和"概论"这两门核心课程为例,提出把握思政课培养职业核心能力应遵循"先道后技"、整合教材内容和注重方法论延伸等原则。
The paper demonstrates the coupling relationship of ideological and political theory courses' teaching and college students" cultivation core' training. Then it proposes the innovation approach to developing college students' vocational core capacity with vocational college " Ideological and Political Theory Courses, which ineludes setting up the teaching goal reflecting vocational core capacity target; integrating teaching content, introdu- cing the teaching methods suitable for core capacity training, and establishing a sound evaluation system. Finally, with the two courses "The Moral Cultivation and Basic Law" and "An introduction to Mao Zedong Thought" as ca- ses, it suggests that, to ensure the core training capability of ideological and political course, the principle of "learning morality before technology" should be adopted, teaching materials should be integrated and attention should be paid to the extension of the methodology.
