慢性荨麻疹中医体质学的理论渊源及演进过程

Origin and Evolution of Chronic Urticaria in Constitution Theory of TCM

中医古代文献包含了丰富的体质学思想,本文介绍了历代中医对荨麻疹体质方面的认识,以及现代中医辨证论治思想中包含的一些体质理论,结合近年来中医在荨麻疹体质方面的研究进展和调体方药的出现,提出"辨体-辨证"治疗将在提高荨麻疹临床疗效、减少复发方面有重要作用。

The ancient literature of traditional Chinese medicine contains abundant thoughts of constitutional learning. This paper intrtuluces the ancient acknowledge of urticaria in constitution theories and some modern constitutional knowledge which is contained in traditional syndrome differentiation theory of TCM. Combined with the researah progress of urticaria constitution in re- cent years and present of prescriptions of constitution regulation, the author recommends that constitution differentiation - syn- drome differentiation treatment would play an important rote in improving the clinical curative effect and reducing recurrence of urticaria.
