复方白及粉治疗急性放射性食管炎的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Compound Baiji Powder for Prevention and Treatment of Acute Radiation Esophagitis

目的:观察复方白及粉对急性放射性食管炎(ARE)的防治效果。方法:选择本院2012年3月—2015年3月收治接受放射治疗的肺癌或食管癌患者94例,随机分为观察组(n=47)与对照组(n=47)。观察组于放疗前1周开始服用复方白及粉,对照组患者在发生ARE时采用常规西医治疗。结果:观察组ARE的发生率为70.2%,对照组为87.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=4.065,P<0.05)。观察组ARE的治疗有效率为90.9%,对照组为90.2%,两组治疗有效率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方白及粉能减少ARE的发病率,推迟发病时间,减轻症状,对ARE有一定的防治作用。

Objective：To observe the efficacy of Compound Baiji Powder for the prevention and treatment of acute radiation esophagitis. Methods ：From March 2012 to March 2015, a total of 94 patients with lung or esophageal cancer in our hospital were divided into control group（ n = 47） and observation group （n = 47） randomly. Compound Baiji Powder was applied in observa- tion group from a week before radiotherapy, and conventional therapy was applied in control group when esophagitis occurred. Re- sults：The incidence of ARE was 70.2% in observation group and 87.2% in control group with significant difference（ X^2 = 4. 065 ,P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statistical significance in the total effective rate of observation group （90.2%） and control group （90.2%） （P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Compound Ba^ii Powder has a significant curative effect on reducing the incidence, retarding the happening and shortening the retaining time of ARE.
