强力五虎合剂水提工艺指标性成分测定方法的建立

摘要 目的:建立强力五虎合剂中指标性成分苦杏仁苷、盐酸麻黄碱的含量测定方法。方法:应用HPLC检测法(LC-20A岛津高效液相色谱仪),色谱柱为WondaSilC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相分别以甲醇-乙腈-0.1%磷酸(16:4:80),在207nm波长测定苦杏仁苷;O.1%磷酸一乙腈(95:5),在20711113.波长测定盐酸麻黄碱。结果:苦杏仁苷在0.100-0.800μg(r=0.9994),盐酸麻黄碱在0.008-0.048I.Lg(r=0.9999)之间的范围内呈现良好的线性关系。样品中苦杏仁苷平均回收率为99.5l%,RSD=2.51%;盐酸麻黄碱平均回收率为97.47%,RSD=1.75%。结论:该方法结果准确,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于控制强力五虎合剂的质量。 Objective :To establish a method for determining Wuhu mixture index components including amygdalin and ephed- rine hydrochloride. Methods:HPLC was used( LC -20A Daojin high performance liquid chromatograph) :column chromatography WondaSil C is (4.6 mm× 250 mm,5 μm);methanol acetonitrile- 0.1% phosphoric acid 16:4:80, at 207 nm wavelength to de- termine amygdalin and 0.1% phosphoric acid and acetonitrile (95:5), at 207 nm wavelength to determine ephedrine hydrochlo- ride. Results : Amygdalin in 0. 100 - 0.800 μg ( r = 0.9994), ephedrine hydrochloride in 0.008 - 0.048 μg ( r = 0. 9999 ) presen- ted good linear relationship. The average recovery rate of amygdalin samples were 99.51%, RSD = 2.51%. And that of ephedrine hydrochloride samples was 97.47%, RSD - 1.75 %. Conclusion:The method is accurate, with high sensitivity and good reproduc- ibility and can be used for quality control of Wuhu mixture.
