目的:分析针刺治疗小儿脑瘫流涎的要点。方法:通过分析流涎症的形成原因以及针刺治疗时的选穴要点,分别从近部、远部治疗进行探讨。结论:针刺可提高患儿认知能力、刺激面肌收缩、改善吞咽功能,缓解流涎症状。

Objective： To analyze the key points in acupuncture of infantile cerebral palsy salivation. Methods ： Discuss respec- tively from the proximal and distal portions of the treatment. Conclusion： Acupuncture can improve children＇s cognitive ability, stimulate contraction of facial muscles, improve the function of swallowing and alleviate salivation.
