灯盏花素联合针刺对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者血清炎性因子及肢体功能的影响

Effect of Breviscapine Combined with Acupuncture on Serum Inflammatory Factor and Limb Function of Patients with Ischemic Stroke in Recovery Period

目的:探讨灯盏花素联合针刺方缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者血清炎性因子和肢体功能的影响。方法:选取2013年2月—2015年2月于本院康复科以缺血性脑卒中为诊断收入院的患者83例,根据随机数字表法随机分为两组:对照组42例,行临床常规疗法治疗;实验组41例,在与对照组相同的临床常规治疗基础上联合应用灯盏花素联合和针刺治疗,检测两组患者血清炎性因子及肢体功能的变化,进而评价两种治疗方法的临床疗效,其数据结果应用统计学软件SPSS 19.0加以处理。结果:与对照组相比,实验组血清hs-CRP、TNF-α及IL-8水平较低(P<0.05);实验组肢体功能、生存质量评分和总有效率较高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗期间ALT、AST、Cr及BUN水平无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:灯盏花素联合针刺对缺血性脑卒中恢复期患者治疗据有较好的临床疗效,且安全性较高。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of breviscapine combined with acupuncture on serum inflammatory factor and limb function of patients with ischemic stroke in recovery period. Methods. Eighty - three cases of patients with ischemic stroke from February 2013 to February 2015 were selected and divided into 2 groups. Forty - two cases in the control group were treated with routine clinical treatment and forty - one cases in the experiment group were treated on the base of the control group with Breviscapine combined with acupuncture. Serum inflammatory factors,limb function and clinical curative effect were compared af- ter the treatment. Results ： Compared with the control group, the serum levels of hs CRP,TNF - α and IL - 8 levels in the the ex- periment group were lower （P 〈 O. 05 ）. The limb function, quality of life score and the total efficiency in the experiment group were higher （P 〈 O. 05）. Serum ALT,AST,Cr and BUN levels had no statistical difference in 2 groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusion： Breviscapine combined with acupuncture for ischemic stroke in recovery period possess a good clinical curative effect and high safety.
