从腧穴的作用出发,将穴性与药性相比较,并提出不可将穴性与药性等同,照搬药性理论将失去针灸理论的特色。追溯本源,同时,分别从机体状态、刺激方式、脏腑经络及气血流注角度分析影响穴性发挥的若干因素。充分掌握穴性,可进一步完善针灸理论体系,有利于指导针灸临床、教学与科研。

Based on the function of acupoints, compare the nature of acupoints and Chinese herbal medicines and put forward the view that nature of acupoints and Chinese herbal medicines must not be equivalent. Copying property theory will lose the char- acteristics of acupuncture and moxibustion theory. Tracing to the origin, meanwhile, respectively analyzing from the state of the body, stimulating way and Qi of Zang - fu organs and meridians and mastering acupoints fully can improve the theory on acupunc- ture and moxibustion further and are conducive to guide the acupuncture, teaching and scientific research.
