乳腺癌患者参与照护决策的研究进展 被引量：12

摘要 近年来,以＂患者为中心＂的照护理念鼓励着患者积极参与疾病管理和照护决策的选择。多项研究（[1-3]）显示,参与照护决策的患者有更加积极的心理状态,表现为更低的无望感、宿命感和焦虑感,并且能够采用更为积极的心理调适策略[1]。积极的参与决策是决策后满意的一个重要的预测因子[2]。患者参与决策不是将决策的责任直接转交给患者或其支持系统,而是强调通过教育患者,
