肝癌行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞患者术后并发症的护理

Nursing of Postoperative Complications of Patient with Liver Cancer Underwent Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization

目的探讨原发性肝癌行经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞(transcatheter arterial chemoembolization,TACE)患者术后并发症的护理方法及效果。方法回顾性分析并总结2012年9月至2014年9月第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院收治的85例原发性肝癌行TACE患者的临床资料。结果 85例患者TACE手术过程顺利,术后1周内出现发热症状5例、胃肠道反应45例、肝区疼痛30例、总胆红素>40μmol/L 34例,经积极治疗及护理,所有患者均好转出院。结论精心周到的护理可以有效促进原发性肝癌行TACE术患者的康复,提高手术效果。

Objective To explore the nursing methods and effect of postoperative complications in patients with primary liver cancer underwent transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE）.Methods Clinical data of 85 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results Total 85 patients had successful operation,5 cases having fever within 1 week after surgery,45 cases with gastrointestinal reaction,30 cases with hepatalgia, 34 cases with TBil＆gt;40 μmol/L .All patients got better and discharged after treatment and nursing.Conclu-sions Thoughtful nursing can effectively promote recovery of patients with primary liver cancer under-went TACE surgery,and improve the surgical effect.
