聚焦解决模式在上消化道出血患者健康教育中的应用 被引量:24

摘要 目的探讨聚焦解决模式在上消化道出血患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法便利抽样法选择2012年1月至2015年6月温州医科大学附属第一医院消化科收治的70例上消化道出血患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各35例,对照组患者给予常规健康教育,观察组患者在对照组的基础上,应用聚焦解决模式实施健康教育,比较两组患者对上消化道出血相关知识的掌握程度、对护理工作的满意度、生活质量指数问卷(quality of life index,QL-Index)评分、焦虑自评量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)评分及抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分。结果干预前,两组患者对上消化道出血相关知识的掌握程度及SAS、SDS评分经比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);干预后,观察组患者对上消化道出血相关知识的掌握程度、满意度及QL-Index评分均高于对照组患者,SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用聚焦解决模式对上消化道出血患者实施健康教育,有利于缓解上消化道出血患者的不良情绪,改善其生活质量。 Objective To investigate the application effect of solution-focused approach in health education management of upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGB)patients.Methods By convenience sampling,70 upper gastrointestinal bleeding (UGB)patients were randomly selected and equally divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group re-ceived routine nursing integrated with solution-focused approach.The mastery level of disease-related knowledge,satisfaction level of nursing job,quality of life ubdex (QL-Index),self-rating anxiety scale (SAS)and self-rating depression scale (SDS)were compared.Results There was no statistical signifi-cance of mastery level of disease-related knowledge and SAS and SDS score before intervention (all P &gt;0.05).After intervention,the mastery level of disease-related knowledge,satisfaction level and QL-Index score in observation group were both higher than that of control group,the SAS and SDS scores were low-er than control group (all P &lt;0.05).Conclusions Solution-focused approach can significantly ease the neg-ative emotions of patients and improve their quality of life.
