脉冲式卵泡冲洗方法在不孕行经阴道穿刺取卵术患者中的应用

Application of Pulsed Flush in Transvaginal Ultrasound-guided Oocyte Retrieval in Infertility Patients

目的探讨脉冲式卵泡冲洗方法在不孕行经阴道穿刺取卵术患者中的应用方法及效果。方法便利抽样法选取2013年6月至2015年7月南京医科大学第二附属医院生殖医学中心收治的150例输卵管单因素导致不孕行经阴道穿刺取卵术患者为研究对象,按照入院先后将其分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组72例,采用常规连续推注方法进行卵泡冲洗;观察组78例,采用脉冲式方法进行卵泡冲洗。比较两组患者的卵泡冲洗所需次数、手术所需时间、患者对手术的疼痛评分及冲洗所获得的卵子形态异常率。结果观察组每个卵泡冲洗所需次数、手术所需时间及患者对手术的疼痛评分均优于对照组;冲洗所得的形态异常率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论脉冲式冲洗可明显提高卵泡冲洗效率,缩短手术时间及卵子与外界环境接触的时间,降低卵子的形态异常率,减轻患者痛苦。

Objective To explore the application of pulsed flush in transvaginal ultrasound-guided oocyte retrieval in infertility patients.Methods By convenience sampling,150 cases were selected,and randomly divided into control group and observation group based on admission time.There were 72 cases in control group,and received flushing by conventional continuous injection method,and 78 cases in observation group,and applied with pulsed flush method.The follicle flushing times as required,the time required for the surgery,the pain scores of patient and number of morphologically abnormal eggs were compared be-tween two groups.Results The follicle flushing times as required,the time required for the surgery and the pain scores of patient in observation group were all better than which in control group.The number of morphologically abnormal eggs in observation group was less than that of control group（all P ＆lt;0.05）.Con-clusions Pulsed flush can significantly increase the efficiency,shorten operation time and the contact time of the egg with the external environment,reduce the morphological abnormalities rate of eggs,and alleviate the suffering of patients.
