摘要
本文介绍了ADRC(自抗扰控制)技术的基本原理和框架结构,并总结了国内油田常用的智能抽油机技术的特点。为达到节能增效的目的,将ADRC技术移植到智能抽油机数字控制柜中,本文提出的基于ADRC技术实现的算法改进了抽油机的智能调节功能,通过现场试验,结果表明ADRC技术在智能抽油机中具备一定的实用价值。
This paper briefly introduced the basic principle and the frame structure of ADRC (auto disturbance rejection control) technology. It then summarized the characteristics of the commonly used intelligent pumping unit technology in the domestic oil field. To achieve the purpose of energy efficiency, this paper proposed a new algorithm by transferring the ADRC technology into the intelligent control cabinet of oil machine digital drainage. The field test demonstrated that this algorithm friendly improved the pumping oil machine intelligent adjustment function. The results show that ADRC technology in intelligent pumping oil machine has certain practical valuc.
