中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值在2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化进展的作用分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的分析中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)在2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化进展中的作用。方法以2013年5月—2015年5月就诊的110例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,根据结果将患者分为观察组(动脉粥样硬化)60例与对照组(非动脉粥样硬化)50例,其中观察组又分为A(增厚)、B(斑块)、C(增厚加斑块)3组,测定并比较各组血压、血脂及血常规相关指标。结果观察组与对照组患者在年龄、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、中性粒细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、收缩压、NLR方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);Logistic多因素回归分析显示2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化发生独立危险因素包括年龄、甘油三酯、NLR(P<0.05,P<0.01)。A组、B组、C组NLR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化发生与年龄、甘油三酯、NLR密切相关,NLR可能参与2型糖尿病患者动脉粥样硬化发展进程。 Objective To analyze role of neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio ( NLR) in progression of atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted between May 2013 and May 2015 were recruited in this study. All patients were examined by color Doppler ultrasound, and were divided into observation group (n=60, patients with atherosclerosis) and control group (n=50, patients without athero-sclerosis) according to the results. The observation group was divided into subgroup A ( thickening) , B ( plaques) and C ( thickening and plaques) . Related indexes such as blood pressure, blood lipid and blood routine were determined and compared for all patients. Results The differences in age, glycosylated hemoglobin ( HbAlc) , triglyceride ( TG) , neu-trophil count, lymphocyte count and NLR between observation and control groups were statistically significant (P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed that age, TG and NLR were independent risk factors for ath-erosclerosis in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01). The differences in NLR among subgroup A, B and C were statistically significant (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Pathogenesy of atherosclerosis in patients with type 2 di-abetes mellitus is closely related with age, TG and NLR, and NLR may be involved in development of atherosclerosis.
