上海市中心城区道路交通拥堵治理方法研究

Research on Road Traffic Congestion Controls in Shanghai

随着我国城市化进程的加速和经济发展水平的提高,城市人口和机动车拥有量都在迅速增长,大大超过同期城市道路和交通设施的增长速度,城市交通问题十分严峻^([1])。对于城市中心已建道路,可在现有边界条件的基础上进行问题分析及研究,进而提出有针对性的拥堵治理措施。从路网结构、道路现状断面、交通流量及公共交通等方面分析总结城市建成区道路交通拥堵的现状和问题,提出有效利用现有资源的拥堵治理策略,例如疏通路网合理分流,完善道路设计,引入公共交通优先,减少停车供给设置等模式和策略。

With the acceleration of the urbanization process and economic development,now the growth of population and vehicle ownership is faster than that of road and traffic facilities in cities,leading to serious traffic problems.For the existed road net in downtown,traffic problems should be studied based on boundary conditions before targeted congestion control managements proposed.This paper concluded the status quo of traffic congestion problems in urban built-up area from road net and cross-section,traffic flow and public transportation.Furthermore,this paper proposed the countermeasure strategies by efficiently using current road resources,such as road network connection,the improvements of road designs,public transport priority,and the reduction of parking lots.
