医院常见病原菌双组分系统在耐药机理方面的研究进展 被引量:3

Advances in the study of two-component systems in common nosocomial pathogens and their role in drug resistance

摘要 双组分作为细菌体的重要调控系统,帮助细菌适应外界环境变化以保证自身正常生长和繁殖,在细菌生活中意义重大。医院常见病原菌在医院环境中分布广泛,其自身耐药性使抗生素类药物疗效显著降低,导致病原性感染治疗难度加大。文章着重介绍医院常见病原菌双组分系统的结构特征和功能特点,结合文献总结其对耐药性作用机制的最新研究进展,发现双组分系统通过特殊调控机制对细菌耐药性有强烈影响,同时对菌体其他生命活动作用显著,在病原菌生活史中占据重要地位。为今后科研人员研究双组分系统对医院常见病原菌耐药性影响提供一定参考和帮助。 Two-component systems(TCS)are a key regulatory system in bacteria.These systems are crucial to survival since they help a bacterium to adapt to environmental changes and they ensure that the bacterium will grow and proliferate normally.Common nosocomial pathogens are widely found in hospital settings.If a pathogen develops drug resistance,the efficacy of antibiotics will decrease significantly,making an infection with that pathogen even harder to treat.This article focuses on the structural and functional characteristics of TCSes in common nosocomial pathogens.In conjunction with a review of the literature,this article describes advances in the latest research on mechanisms of drug resistance,the substantial impact that TCSes have,via special regulatory mechanisms,on the drug resistance of bacteria,the profound role that TCSes play in other biological activities of bacteria,and the important position that TCSes occupy in the life cycle of pathogens.This work should help future researchers to study the effects of two-component regulatory systems on the drug resistance of common nosocomial pathogens.
