An Innovation for Pension System:the Local Practice and Developing Strategies of Smart Pension

智慧养老作为社会养老的有益补充和创新,近年来在国内开展了一系列试点建设。智慧养老不仅能有效促进养老服务资源的优化配置,还能促进社会治理方式的改变和创新,促进多元主体参与协同的养老服务体系的建立和完善。从智慧养老的建设方案和战略意义出发,在分析地方实践的基础上提出了推进智慧养老建设的对策,为社会养老服务产业的升级和创新提供了借鉴。

As a helpful supplement and innovation of social pension, smart pension has been practiced m some cities for demonstration. It shows that smart pension can efficiently improve the optimal configuration of pension sources and the adjustment and innovation of social governance. It also has the ability to promote the establishment of a perfect cooperative pension system with multi--body participation. This paper presents a development scheme of smart pension, and its strategic importance is demonstrated. Based on the analysis of the local practice, some useful developing strategies are given to facilitate the establishment of smart pension, which is an inference for the promotion and innovation of social pension industry.
