企业家社会资本与家族企业代际传承

Entrepreneur's Social Capital and Family Business Succession

企业家社会资本属于个人社会资本,依附于企业家个人,主要由关系网络和权威组成。企业家社会资本对家族企业的代际传承有重要的影响作用,这种影响贯穿于整个传承过程,甚至决定着传承的成败。由于企业家社会资本具有个人依附性的特点,为了保证家族企业不会因为传承前后企业家社会资本发生大的变化而导致传承失败,家族企业需要做好两方面的工作:一是努力促进企业家社会资本的传承,二是加强企业社会资本的建设,促进企业家社会资本向企业社会资本的转化。

Entrepreneur＇s social capital belongs to personal social capital, attached to the entrepreneur individual, mainly composed of the network of relationships and the authority. Entrepreneur＇s social capital has an important influence on the intergenerational succession of the family business, and the influence runs through the whole process of succession, and even decides the success or failure of the inheritance. Because of the personal dependence of the entrepreneur＇s social capital, in order to avoid the failure of inheritance from the huge decline of entrepreneur＇s social capital in the succession, the family business needs to do two tasks： one is to promote the inheritance of entrepreneur＇s social capital, the second is to strengthen construction of enterprise social capital, and promote the transformation from the entrepreneur- ial social capital to the enterprise social capital.
