Consensus Methods in the Development of Clinical Practice Guidelines

指南制定需要严谨、透明的方法和流程,就推荐意见达成共识是其中重要一环。本文围绕指南制定过程中的主要共识方法(非正式共识方法、德尔菲法、名义群体法、共识会议和GRADE网格等),分别介绍其定义和实施过程,比较各自利弊,并系统分析了国内外指南中共识方法的应用和报告现状,以期为指南制定者就共识方法提供清晰的借鉴和参考。

The development of guidelines needs rigorous methods and transparent process, of which reaching consensus on recommendations is an important part. This article described the main consensus methods, such as the Delphi, Nominal group technique, Consensus development conference, and the GRADE Grid, which were in the development of clinical practice guidelines in following aspects definitions, implementing process, advantages and disadvantages. We also analyzed the reporting of consensus methods in Chinese guidelines and WHO guidelines systematically. It is expected to provide guideline developers with clear guidance and reference on how to reach consensus on making the recommendations.
