癌症患者静脉化学治疗中给予综合管理模式的用药安全效果

Integrated Management Mode of Drug Safety for Cancer Patients with Intravenous Chemotherapy

目的:探讨癌症患者静脉化学治疗中给予综合管理模式的用药安全效果。方法:选取我院2015年1月—2016年1月期间收治的90例行静脉化学治疗的癌症患者为研究对象,按照入院编号将所有患者分为两组,观察组45例患者在其治疗期间给予综合管理模式,对照组45例患者在其治疗期间实施常规管理,观察并比较两组患者用药的安全效果,主要评价其用药合理性、药物预处理不适当、药物丢弃及不良事件发生情况。结果:观察组不合理用药次数(26次)明显少于对照组患者不合理用药次数(60次),两组数据比较有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者药物预处理不当、药物丢弃及不良事件发生率分别为26.67%、0.00%、4.44%;均明显低于对照组患者(88.89%、11.11%、17.78%),组间情况比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:在癌症患者静脉化学治疗中给予综合管理模式能确保患者的用药安全效果,提高用药合理性,使医务人员的临床用药有科学的参考依据。

Objective： To investigate integrated management mode of drug safety in the venous chemotherapy treatment of cancer patients. Methods： 90 routine intravenous chemotherapy of cancer patients from January 2015 to January 2015 were selected as the research object, and divided into two groups, observation group including 45 cases of patients with their comprehensive management model during the treatment, and control group including 45 cases of patients with routine management during the treatment, and the effect of two groups of patients＇ medical safety, the rationality for use, improper drug pretreatment, and adverse events were observed and compared. Results： The number of unreasonable drug use in the observation group （26） is less than the control group patients （60）, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）; Observation group of patients with drugs improper pretreatment, discarded and the incidence of adverse events are 26.67%, 0.00% and 26.67% respectively, which is significantly lower than the control group （88.89%, 11.11%, 17.78%）, with statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrated management mode in the treatment of patients with cancer of intravenous chemotherapy ensure patients＇ medication safety effect, improve medical rationality, and provide the medical staff a scientific reference for clinical application.
