塔式起重机用转盘轴承静承载能力计算方法修正

摘要 采用理论计算法计算转盘轴承的静承载能力,往往假设轴承整个面作为支承面,但塔式起重机用转盘轴承的支承采用4个对称区域局部支承,支承方式对转盘轴承的接触应力影响较大。为此,分析支承方式对静承载能力的影响,并对塔式起重机用单排四点接触球转盘轴承静承载能力的理论计算方法进行修正。 Generally,the static load capacity of slewing bearings is calculated by using theoretical calculation method, assuming that entire surface of bearings is taken as support surface. But the slewing bearings for tower crane are locally supported by four symmetrical areas. The support method has great influence on contact stress of slewing bearings. Therefore, the effect of support method on static load capacity is analyzed, and the theoretical calculation method is corrected for static load capacity of single row four point contact ball slewing bearings for tower crane.
