摘要 介绍圆柱滚子轴承保持架锁爪的成形过程,通过对出现锁爪裂纹和异常接触痕迹保持架的分析排查,确认了锁爪加工质量控制不当是导致锁爪变形过大的主要原因,采取控制预劈爪精度、减小凸模角度、限制凸模行程以及对锁爪进行检测等措施,有效避免了保持架锁爪变形问题的发生。 The forming process is introduced for lock claw of cages in cylindrical roller bearings. By analyzing and checking cracks and abnormal contact traces in lock claw of cages, it is confirmed that the improper process quality control for lock claw is main reason for excessive deformation of lock claw. Some measures should be adopted to effec-tively avoid excessive deformation for lock claw of cages, such as control of accuracy of pre - split claw, reduction of angle of punch, restriction of travel of punch and detection of lock claw.
