受调心性能和尺寸较大的影响,特大型调心滚子轴承成品的径向跳动无法直接准确检测,只能检测外圈外径相对外滚道的跳动和内圈内径相对内滚道的跳动间接控制,因此,根据调心滚子轴承的特点设计了专用的检测平台,可实现特大型调心滚子轴承成品的径向跳动的直接检测。

Due to influence of self - aligning properties and larger s iz e , the radial runout of finished extra - large size spherical roller bearings is unable to measure directly and accurately, and can only be indirectly controlled by detecting runout of outer diameter of outer ring relative to outer raceway and runout of inner diameter of inner ring relative to inner raceway. Therefore, the specialized measuring platform is designed according to characteristics of spherical roller bear-ings, and the direct measurement is realized for radial runout of finished extra - large size spherical roller bearings.
