摘要
介绍了一种基于石墨烯的被动调Q掺铒光纤激光器。调Q器件为自备的石墨烯可饱和吸收液,腔体结构为环形腔。当抽运功率为48mW时,可以得到稳定的重复频率为31kHz的调Q脉冲,平均输出功率为0.8 mW;当抽运功率增加到460mW时,最大平均输出功率为13.8mW,重复频率为77kHz,脉冲宽度为800ns,光谱的中心波长为1 558nm。平均输出功率、重复频率与抽运功率近似呈线性关系,并在理论上给出了合理解释。
The graphene-based passively Q-switched erbium-doped fiber laser is reported.The laser adopts ring cavity configu-ration,and theQ-switcher is the self-made graphene absorber.StableQ-switcher pulse train occurs at about 0.8 mW incident pump power and the pulse repetition rate is 31 kHz.The maximum average output power of 13.8 mW is obtained when pump power rise to 460 mW with corresponding pulse width of 800 ns,repetition rate of 77 kHz,and central wavelength of 1 558 nm.Furthermore,we also explain the phenomenon that the repetition rate,average output power and incident pump power having approximate linear relationship.
