On Artistic and Literary Work and Concepts of Art and Literature Run by Kuomintang in Taiwan, with Examples from Three Conferences on Art and Literature

本文以1968-1981年间,国民党官方发起和组织的三次文艺会谈为中心,讨论会谈产生的各种因素、会谈的中心议案和基本内容,并就会谈所呈现的国民党文艺工作的问题做出分析,指出组织架构、经费问题,特别是基本理念方面的缺陷,是国民党文艺工作的困境所在。

Centring on the three conferences on art and literature, initiated and organized by the Kuomintang authorities between 1168 and 1181, this article discusses a variety of factors as a result of those conferences, the central themes of the conferences and basic contents apart from providing an analysis of the issues involved in artistic and literary work by Kuomintang as revealed in the conferences, pointing out that organizational structure and expenses, particularly deficiencies in the fundamental concepts, are where difficulties with the work lie.
