摘要
在酸奶生产企业,不管是酸奶的生产发酵过程,还是发酵剂的制作过程,以及新型酸奶制品的开发过程,都需要技术人员通过pH值检测,判断酸奶和发酵剂发酵情况。而传统的检测pH值的方法是技术人员频繁对发酵罐进行取样,为保证酸奶质量,使用在线式PH计,就可适时准确测量PH值,掌握酸奶发酵状态。
In yogurt production enterprises, whether it is the production of yogurt fermentation, or fermentation agent production process, as well as new yogurt products development process, we all need technical pH value to ensure yogurt and fermented condition judgment, and traditional detection of pH value is technical when fermentation tank were sampled in order to ensure the quality of yogurt, so online pH meter can be timely and accurate measurement of pH value to master the yogurt fermentation condition.
