摘要
教师作为高校最重要的战略资源,有效的吸引、培养和稳定师资队伍,自然就成为新建高专院校的首要任务。马斯洛需要层次理论把人类的需要划分成不同的五个层次,深刻剖析了人的多层次需要,这对研究教师这一群体的专业发展需要提供了理论支撑,也揭示了教师发展的实质,对高校师资队伍的培养具有良好的借鉴作用。从马斯洛需要层次理论的角度,提出了在新建高专院校师资培养的措施。
As one of the most important strategic resources, effectively attract, train and stabilize the contingent of teachers, which will become the primary task of the Newly Built High School. Maslow,s hierarchy theory to divide the human needs into five different levels, and deeply analyzes the multi - level needs of human beings. It is providing a theoretical support for the professional development of teachers, also reveals the essence of teacher development, which has a good reference for the training of college teachers. From the perspective of Maslow,s hierarchy of needs theory, this paper puts forward the measures of teacher training in newly built colleges and universities.
