摘要 采用非稳态共沉淀方法制备了用于酯交换反应的固体催化剂,通过BET,FTIR,TG-DSC和SEM方法对催化剂进行了表征。脂肪酸甲酯由小桐子油和甲醇在制备的催化剂作用下进行酯交换反应。以小桐子油为原料制备的脂肪酸甲酯作为1种有效的润滑添加剂,其有效性随着添加剂浓度的增加而增强。产品中含有不饱和脂肪酸甲酯,能改善柴油的低温流动性。 The non steady state for solid catalyst, transesterification reaction prepared by coprecipitation method was BET, FTIR, TG and DSC and SEM were used to characterize the catalysts. The catalyst for ester exchange reaction of fatty acid methyl ester from Jatropha oil and methanol was prepared under the action of. The HFRR method was used to evaluate the lubricating performance of the product. Using jatropha oil as raw materials for the preparation of fatty acid methyl ester as an effective lubricating additive, its effectiveness is enhanced with the increase of additive concentration. The product contains unsaturated fatty acid methyl ester, which can effectively improve the low temperature fluidity of diesel oil. The effect of reaction conditions on transesterification was investigated, and the process parameters were optimized.
